Annotation

By using Peview.app or a graphic software you can annotate screenshots.

Following steps with Preview.app

STEP1: Take a screenshot with SimpleCap

STEP2: Push the button of Preview.app in top-right corner.

Then Preview.app will open the screenshot.

STEP3: Choose the annotate button.

Annotations toolbar will be shown.

You can open annotations toolbar by using "Tools" menu.

STEP4: Annotate the screenshot.

After annotating the screenshot save it.

STEP 5: SimpleCap will detect the change and update the image.

Send to mail

By using Mail.app you can send to a mail with images.

Push Mail.app icon.

Then Mail.app opens message window with the image.

Using timer in slection mode

In selection mode after you decide a selection, you push the timer button. You can take  image like below.

You can take a screenshot image while you are dragging an image from web browser.

In window mode you can select multiple windows by pushing Shift-key.

Using timer in window mode

You can take a window screenshot with context menu by using timer in window mode.

Hide Desktop icons

In selection mode you can hide desktop icons. You set "Exclude Desktop icons" in Preferences to be enabled.
